The first thing you see
This is what meets the eye when you come to Norrbyskär with the ferry. Well, actually, the ferry is in this picture, so I guess you´d have to be in some other kind of boat…
52 x 20 cm, watercolours on a quite heavy watercolour paper that I can´t seem to remember the brand of… Not Fabriano, like most of the others.
This is just breathtaking! I love the way you combine your paintings with the stenciling – it adds so much texture and interest to them. I would love to have this hanging in my home! nancy
The blues in this are gorgeous, I agree with Nancy, I’d love to have this on my wall!

NINA: These most recent paintings are just lovely. I don’t know what happened to my first replies to your posts, but they didn’t show up here. At any rate, you don’t have to be told how much I love all your work. You convey a real sense of place, a place you love. It comes through to the viewer. How I’d love to be on that ferry that’s about to pull into the dock.
